"I establish My covenant with you; and all flesh shall never again be cut off by the water of the flood, neither shall there again be a flood to destroy the earth." (Genesis 9:11).
Dear Lord,
Today, we pray that You will call upon the Christians in Japan, Your sons and daughters bought by The Blood of Christ to rise up to the occasion. We pray that You will give them extraordinary powers and fill them with Your Spirit so that they may perform miracles in Your Name. We pray that they will go into the world and in Your Great Name, provide comfort and relief to those who are afflicted, homeless, confused, in fear and anxious.
We pray Lord that for every tear shed, it will add more grace to the work of your soldiers. And they will go in Your Name. Protect them, Father, when they are doing your work. Give them grace, O' Lord.
Lord, We also pray that you will put Your hand upon the nuclear reactors in Japan. Father, bless the innocent and have mercy on them. No disaster, man made or from nature is greater than You. We pray Lord that You will also bring the volcano in Kyushu under control. Bless the government with insights O' Lord, so that they may know how to strategise quickly for rescue.
We thank you Lord, for all that you have done so far when we know that the situation could perhaps be a lot more worse. But Father, You are faithful and You hear Your children crying out to You.
We pray all these in Jesus' most precious name, Amen.
